Who are your customers?

We provide a complete line of valuation services to a wide array of regional and national lenders.

What BPO form software will I need to complete the BPO?

You will not need to purchase any software or individual forms. First American provides the form to complete directly on our web site.

Where do I send the reports?

The reports are attached/uploaded directly to our web site.

When should I start receiving BPO orders?

We have no guarantee if and when you will be receiving orders. When you sign up we review your application and approve you to become part of our rotation.

How much volume should I expect to receive?

At this time we have no guarantee of the volume of orders in your area.

Why should I sign up to be a provider?

You will be working for one of the largest valuation service providers in the country. Guaranteed quick payment, and a knowledgeable staff ready to answer your questions.

How will my services be reviewed?

There is an automated review when you submit the BPO, then we have a staff of reviewers that will review your report before it is sent to the lender.

Will I receive the listing as well as the BPO assignments?

No, we do not currently have that type of arrangement with the lenders.

What is the fee you are paying for your BPO assignments?

The fee hasn't been established yet, however it appears that we will be paying somewhere between $50 - $70 depending on the type of assignment?
